MAC-III is an epoch-making automatic nozzle cleaner which can clean nozzles for pick and place machine - SMT chip mounter only with industrial purified water.

It is also an enviromental friendly equipment using water and compressed air. No solvent is necessary. To integrate twin nozzles, we realize to make cleaning time half from the previous model. Any nozzles for each mounter manufactures can be set and clean with optional holder.

Periodical nozzle maintenance leads to the benefit for you like the reduction of pick-up error and recognition error as well as longer nozzle life time and finlly to the improvement of mouting quality.
