RD-500III/SIII RD Series employs a strong heating system to offer a safe removal and placement of heating profiles. IR area heater for RD-500III uses a series of 6 rod type heating elements, each of these provides 400W. This power is enough to heat the largest PCBs evenly that prevents PCB from warping while removing or replacing the component. The RD-500SIII has an optional area heater with 3 rod type heaters for a total of 1200 watts.
