SiC Heater (Working temperature: 400°C - 1400°C)
Silicon carbide based nonmetallic heating element

Coating type Coating will protect the heater from rapid degradation at server furnace atmosphere, such as vapor and reduction. Coating material is CVD, alumina, glass and so on. |

Soaking type Center of the heating element will not heat. Therefore, uniform heating at which direction is possible. This type is effective for wide continuous furnace. |

Protecting tube attached type Protecting tube will prevent the heater from oxygen and alkali which isoccurred from firing products. Material of protecting tube is alumina, mullite, SiC and so on. |
Metallic Heater (Working temperature: -1000°C)
Insulation material and heating element combined heater unit
- Miniaturization and high efficiency of firing furnace is realized.
- Uniform heating is possible by heating from entire surface.

Closed type Heater is buried in insulation material and will not connect to the furnace atmosphere directly. It will keep long life time even in the use of special atmosphere. Clean environment inside the furnace is realized. |
