CXMG 60

  • Suitable for higher cycle precision casting component of a compact size.
  • Capable of space between tie bars up to 330x330mm.
  • Dual circuit for totally independent control of injection pressure and die locking pressure.

CXMG 150

  • Suitable for precision casting for mobile phone and automobile components.
  • Injection speed controlled by touch panel screen improves operation.
  • Hydraulic plumbing layout have been designed to reduce pressuer losses for high speed injection.

CXMG 350

  • Suitable for big size high precision casting of laptop computor body and automobile components.
  • Adapting big volume accumulator, it provides constant quality.
  • Allows for space between tie bars up to 600x600mm, also long-time continuous use with a high strength body.

CXMG 600

  • More space available between the pull-back bar and ejection panel due to the new design, which allows the link housing to hold the guide bars in place.
  • The largest space between tie bars up to 710x710mm and has a large die stroke of up to 644mm. The largest die locking unit in this class.
  • Speed and pressure ranges of die locking, ejection, core puller can be controlled directly by the touch panel operation.
